Job summary

ThermoSafe is seeking a Production Associate in Pardeeville, WI to pack products quickly and safely under the direction of the Production Shift Supervisor. Compensation is $23.34 per hour plus any applicable shift differential, with multiple shifts and overtime as needed.

The role requires a proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborate across departments, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Strong attention to quality and safety standards.
• Reliable, self-motivated with a 'get it done' attitude.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the #1 priority at all times.
• Pack products accurately and efficiently to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments.
• Maintain a high regard for 5S and workplace organization standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and respond effectively to changing situations.
• Monitor and report on the quality of manufactured products.
• Consistently move product and place it in designated pack-out locations throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Perform all duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Support ThermoSafe’s quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed to meet operational demands.
• Work overtime as required.
