Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to lead production associates with clear expectations and follow-up.
• Working knowledge of production operations, scheduling, timekeeping, safety, and housekeeping.
• Strong communication with operators, leadership, HR, and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Own manpower schedule for assigned production areas and adjust as needed.
• Review and approve timesheets weekly and address missing or inaccurate entries.
• Daily schedule checks for readiness and timely execution.
• Provide weekend coverage on a rotating basis.
• Administer coaching, semiannual reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Document recurring attendance, coverage, training, safety, and housekeeping issues.
• Coordinate with Production Facilitator on status and needs.
• Escalate concerns to appropriate leadership and ensure handoffs are clear.
• Complete audits and follow-up within required timeframes.
