Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong ability to lead and coach production associates with discipline and accountability.
• Experience with safety, audits, and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Own manpower schedules for assigned production areas, maintain daily visibility and adjust to support production.
• Review and approve timesheets; follow up on missing or incorrect entries.
• Conduct daily schedule checks for readiness and adherence; provide weekend coverage as needed.
• Administer coaching and disciplinary actions per policy and leadership direction.
• Coordinate with Production Facilitator on status and cross-functional needs.
