Job summary

Mural Group in Millington, TN is seeking a Production Manager to own all manufacturing activities on site, including planning, scheduling, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You will lead a team of production supervisors and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve throughput and product quality.

The role requires budgeting accountability and strong safety leadership, with close collaboration across maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production or operations management in a heavy industrial, chemical, or process manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading multiple supervisors, not just a direct crew.
• Direct ownership of production planning, scheduling, and budget.
• Quality management experience: root cause analysis, ISO compliance, or equivalent QMS.
• Demonstrated safety program leadership.
• Lean/Six Sigma or CI project experience is a strong plus.

You will lead a team of production supervisors and are expected to be a genuine operator who understands the floor as well as the numbers.
