Johns Manville is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities of a 30+ person production team for a single product line, ensuring operations meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The role coordinates training, enforces safety guidelines, and interfaces with other departments to support production.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least three years of operational leadership in manufacturing, can work a 12-hour rotating DuPont schedule, and
$84,200.00-$115,800.00 Annual – This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, and other factors. The position is also eligible for an incentive bonus.
The purpose of the Production Supervisor’s role is to supervise the day‑to‑day activities of an hourly production team for a single product line to ensure manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost and wastage targets; and quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate training, enforce safety guidelines, and interface with other departments in support of production.
Typical manufacturing facility conditions: exposure to cold, heat, high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, heights, dust/mist/gases/fumes, extensive walking or climbing. Minimal travel required (0–10 days per year). May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
