Job summary

Chano And Sons in West Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Production Clerk to enter production efficiencies, close and verify accuracy of all production and mixing work orders, and manage hours/payroll for temporary staff.

Responsibilities include printing work orders and labels, scheduling employees for the next day, coordinating with material stagers for inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards while maintaining accurate data in the system.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and accuracy for production orders.
• Basic math skills.
• English and Spanish communication.
• Experience with inventory systems and MS Office.
• On-the-job training provided for inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Close work orders within 24 hours accurately
• Print all work orders and labels for production employees
• Schedule production employees for the following day with the help of the production supervisors
• Work with material stagers to ensure production inventory accuracy
• Review variances in the system and notify the Production Manager of variances.
• Comply with GMP regulations
• Manage temporary employee timecards through a web-based management tool
