Job summary

Chandler is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to support the Plant Manager with daily production schedules, work tickets, and inventory control, ensuring materials are available and workflows stay on track. You will assemble production packages, enter and close jobs in the ERP, and communicate routine changes to the production team while reviewing drawings and parts lists for accuracy.

Collaborating with engineering, sourcing, and project managers, you will track labor and material usage,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
2+ years in manufacturing, inventory control, or scheduling.
Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and accurate data entry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and drawings.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating production packages and release to floor.
Enter, update, and close jobs in the system.
Communicate routine schedule changes to the production team.
Review drawings and parts lists for completeness and flag discrepancies.
Perform weekly and monthly cycle counts and assist with adjustments; monitor inventory levels.
