Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quonset Point, RI is seeking a Production Coordinator to organize and coordinate all aspects of production. You will work with cutting‑edge technology and support a fast-paced startup environment, focusing on resource planning, documentation, and cross‑functional communication.

You will monitor parts flow, ensure data accuracy in MRP/ERP, help resolve data issues, and develop metrics to drive production performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, shipping or logistics.
• 3+ years supporting administrative processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems (Netsuite, Oracle).
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Able to stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate movement through receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, and work centers.
• Ensure parts are handled per Anduril specifications.
• Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP data.
• Identify and resolve incorrect system data driving demand.
• Develop metrics to drive production performance.
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership.
