Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Production Coordinator to organize and coordinate all aspects of production within our manufacturing team. You will manage resource planning, documentation, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or logistics, strong MS Office, and experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems. The position starts with a 3-month training in Santa Ana, CA, before transitioning to Ashville, OH, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environments.
• 3+ years supporting administrative processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent).
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts through production flow to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate movement of parts through receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, and production resources.
• Ensure parts are handled properly and within specifications.
• Support production, supply chain, and inventory teams cross-functionally.
• Maintain clean MRP/ERP/MES data and help resolve inventory issues.
