Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. You will organize and coordinate all aspects of production, manage resource planning, document processes, and communicate with multiple stakeholders to keep operations moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating parts flow, maintaining data accuracy in ERP/MES, and supporting cross-functional teams. The role requires physical ability, willingness to work overtime, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics.
• 2+ years supporting administrative processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent).
• Strong computer skills, MS Office suite.
• Tableau, Confluence, SQL experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
• Coordinate movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, and production resources.
• Ensure parts are handled properly per company specs.
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts for on-time delivery.
• Support manufacturing/production, supply chain and inventory teams cross-functionally.
• Keep MRP/ERP/MES data clean and accurate.
• Assist in resolving inventory inaccuracies to meet demand schedules.
• Work with production managers to ensure metrics-driven actions are completed.
• Develop and maintain reports for internal and customer use.
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership weekly.
• Support logistics through innovative workflow staging.
• Manage material certifications to prevent use of uncertified materials.
• Support inventory with return-to-stock and purge actions.
• Organize production tooling and calibration documentation.
• Support work orders for production cells.
• Able to lift 20 pounds or more regularly; frequent bending and stooping.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
