Vermont Cider Company in Middlebury, VT is seeking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor machinery, ensure safety, and support quality control in a fast-paced environment.

We have openings on all shifts with competitive pay and benefits. We offer $18 to $21 per hour, plus a $2 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and 401k with employer match, PTO, parental leave, and an annual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production activities and report any issues or deviations.

Vermont Cider Company is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. We have openings on all shifts at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT.

• 1st Shift Schedule - Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
• 2nd Shift Schedule - Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am - Shift differential applies
• 3rd Shift Schedule- Friday-Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30 pm - Shift differential applies

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
