Job description

Vermont Cider Company is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Join us at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT, and contribute to the production of high-quality beverage products. We have openings on all shifts at our state-of-the-art facility in Middlebury, VT.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am (Shift differential applies)
• 3rd Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30pm (Shift differential applies)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the manufacturing cycle
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Document production activities and report any issues or deviations

• Additional $2 per hour shift differential for all hours worked on 2nd and 3rd shift
