TempsPlus of Paducah, Inc. is seeking Production Operators for a first-shift role at $17 per hour. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

with a 30-minute lunch and potential overtime as needed. Responsibilities include handling both food and non-food products, packaging, labeling, and palletizing, plus equipment loading and operation under training. Physical work requires lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in temperature-controlled

Responsabilités

Job Title: Production Operators Hourly Pay Rate: $17/hr. Days & Hours: Monday through Friday; 8a.m. 4:30p.m. 30min lunch (some overtime may be required)

Essential Job Functions for Production Operators:

• Handle food and non-food products in a manufacturing environment.
• Prepare, process, package, label, and palletize products.
• Load and unload production equipment.
• Assist with operation of production and packaging equipment as trained.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, utensils, tools, and work areas according to company procedures.

Physical Requirements for Production Operators:

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas when required.
• PPE provided: Lab coat, Hairnet, Beard cover (when applicable), Disposable gloves and safety glasses or other required eye protection.
