Job summary

Lancesoft in Sparks, NV is seeking a hands-on production teammate for a 0-6+ month temp-to-hire assignment. You will set up, operate, and clean production equipment, inspect products, package finished goods, and keep accurate records.

Expect a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with training provided. No experience is required; basic English is needed, along with reliability, punctuality and a teamwork mindset.

Job description

Duration: 0-6+ Months (Temp to Hire)

Shift: 7:00am start initially but will move to 8am within about 6-8 weeks. OT and weekends as needed (Mon-Fri)

What you'll be doing:

• Set up, operate, and clean production equipment
• Inspect products and monitor machines during production
• Package finished goods and maintain accurate records
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized
• Report equipment issues, material defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Meet production goals for quality and efficiency
• Assist with inventory counts and general site maintenance
• Support other tasks as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Active, hands-on role in a busy production area
• Exposed to noise, dust, non-hazardous chemicals, and moving machinery

• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)

• Good vision required for close-up and peripheral tasks
