Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Production Operator in Greenville, TX. This hands-on role involves operating safely with PPE, assembling components with hand tools, and maintaining production and packaging flow.

You will train new hires and participate in continuous improvement efforts in a safety-first environment. The position offers a temp-to-hire path, with shifts from 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am, and a pay rate of $17.00–$18.00 per hour depending on shift.

• Engage in improvement processes (CI, 5S, STW)
