Responsibilities

• Operate safely and efficiently while wearing PPE and following safety protocols
• Clean, trim, and assemble components with hand tools to meet fit, form, function standards
• Keep production and packaging running smoothly
• Inspect finished products to uphold high quality
• Train new hires and assist other teams as needed
• Engage in improvement processes (CI, 5S, STW)
• Perform other duties as assigned
