EverStaff, LLC is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators for direct hire with one of our top clients in Warren, OH. This entry-level role trains you in rotational molding of plastic products, with safety and quality as priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures.
• Monitor molding equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments as needed.
• Measure and prepare the correct amount of colored plastic powder for production.
• Ensure proper material weights before loading molds.
• Remove finished plastic parts from molding equipment and transfer them to the production chute.
• Install and remove machine chains as required.
• Complete machine adjustment sheets and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with training production helpers on proper adjustments and mold setups.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in learning manufacturing operations and developing valuable machine-operating skills.The Machine Operator is responsible for operating rotational molding equipment used to manufacture high-quality plastic products. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour Available Shifts:Day Shift6:00 AM – 6:00 PMRotating schedule: 3 days one week and 4 days the following week.Night Shift6:00 PM – 6:00 AMRotating schedule: 3 nights one week and 4 nights the following week.
