Job summary

EverStaff is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment, monitor performance, and conduct quality inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.

This full-time role offers 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekly pay, and benefits including Vision, Dental, Medical Insurance, plus overtime opportunities and long-term growth in a stable environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with metal stamping, press brakes, CNC equipment is a plus.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate equipment issues to supervisors and maintenance personnel.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with material handling and other production duties as assigned.

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor machine performance, perform quality inspections, and help ensure products are manufactured safely and efficiently. Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time

• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
