No prior manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided. You will operate, start-up, and troubleshoot molding equipment, maintain quality, and document production while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Remove finished plastic parts from molding equipment and transfer them to the production chute.
• Install and remove machine chains as required.
• Complete machine adjustment sheets and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with training production helpers on proper adjustments and mold setups.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in learning manufacturing operations and developing valuable machine-operating skills. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating rotational molding equipment used to manufacture high-quality plastic products. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing or machine-operating experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Machine Operator – Rotational Molding (Day & Night Shifts)

Job Type: Full-Time; Direct Hire Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

Available Shifts: Day Shift 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Rotating schedule: 3 days one week and 4 days the following week.

Night Shift 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Rotating schedule: 3 nights one week and 4 nights the following week.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to safely perform job duties in a production environment.
