Job summary

Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is hiring Production Associates in South Carolina on a full-time basis. Two pathways exist: experienced candidates can join production directly, or newcomers can enter a four-week Manufacturing Skills Program combining classroom training with hands-on shop floor exposure.

Participants may be placed on day or night shifts following the program, with a 12‑hour Panama schedule including every other weekend. Weekly pay is offered and EEO guidelines apply.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Shift: 12-hour Panama pattern, days or nights, including every other weekend.
• Skills: Detail oriented, able to follow instructions, read specs, and use gauging devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with safety and quality focus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow plant, environmental, safety, quality, and departmental procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and perform production tasks.
• Follow work instructions and product specs.
• Monitor product quality and document production data.
• Use hand tools, scanners, and gauging devices.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
