Job summary

Continental is hiring Production Associates in the United States. The role offers two pathways: experienced candidates may enter production directly on a 12-hour day or night shift, including every other weekend; those without prior manufacturing experience can join the Manufacturing Skills Program for four weeks before placement.

The schedule is 12-hour Panama with potential day or night shifts. Eligible candidates must meet basic requirements, pass evaluations, and fit safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specs.
• Capable of using hand tools, scanners, and gauging devices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow plant safety, quality, and process procedures.
• Operate equipment and perform production tasks safely and efficiently.
• Meet written instructions and document production data accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Work independently or as part of a fast-paced team.
