Position Summary:

The Production Operator-Student assembles and loads materials, ensuring quality standards are met, and performs related duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all assignments safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Operate, set up, and change over machines
• Follow instructions and communicate clearly
• Review process documentation for updates and implement changes
• Perform minor troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Assist with production duties as needed
• Accurately complete production paperwork
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Meet quality standards as per process and inspection instructions
• Rework products as necessary
• Attend training sessions as required
• Load, unload, and assemble products as required
• Train future team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; must be enrolled in an accredited college
• Basic math skills and ability to read measurement tools
• Problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime
