Print Production Operator - 2nd Shift (Finance)
Position Summary
The Digital Print Production Operator will communicate regularly with the Graphic Production Manager regarding job status and quality concerns. Responsibilities include daily equipment operation, printing, file ripping, and production of banners, signs, murals, vehicle graphics, and POP display graphics. The role involves preflighting and quality checking artwork files before print, organizing production runs, maintaining accurate quantity counts, conducting quality audits, and performing operator-level preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital print production, knowledge of wide format finishing equipment (such as Zund file setup and cutting), and familiarity with software like Onyx or Caldera RIP. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent project and time management skills are essential.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in production of color and black/white print products.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Onyx and Caldera RIP software.
Other Requirements: Solid knowledge of large format printing, finishing processes, industry terminology, and materials; experience with wide format finishing equipment such as Zund is required.
