EAM-Mosca Corp in Hazle Township, PA is hiring Production Operators for its Strapping Operations Team. The role offers 12-hour day or night shifts, rotating weeks, with pay-for-performance advancement.

Starting pay is $23/hour on days and $24/hour on nights, plus incentives, annual raises, a Christmas bonus, and a generous benefits package including health, 401(k) with company match, and two weeks vacation rising to six weeks.

Formación

• Prior manufacturing or production experience; plastic extrusion experience preferred.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including weekends on a rotating basis.
• Must be eligible for E-Verify.
