Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corp in Hazle Township is hiring Production Operators for our Strapping Operations Team. The role offers a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (day 6:45 AM–7:00 PM, night 6:45 PM–7:00 AM) with opportunities for rapid advancement through our Pay for Performance system.

Starting pay is $23/hr (day) or $24/hr (night), with incentives to reach up to $36/hr, plus an annual Christmas bonus and a strong benefits package including 401(k) matching and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including weekends on a rotating basis.
• Must be eligible for E-Verify.
