Qualifications

• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude essential.
• Ability to read and interpret production specs a plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional extra shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines by positioning dies, stops, guides, and turntables.
• Operate thermoforming equipment to produce plastic products.
• Perform quality tests and verify product meets specs.
• Identify and correct issues causing defects or out-of-spec products.
• Monitor machines to detect malfunctions and material needs.
• Work for long periods standing and lift up to 50 pounds.
