Hourly Rate: $19.49 per hour

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol, is seeking a Production Specialist to join our growing team. You will be part of a team of about 700 employees working the 2nd shift, reporting to a Shift Lead. Your responsibilities will include servicing and operating our mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products, among others. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, with benefits starting after 60 days. The work environment is climate-controlled, depending on the assigned line, and we will provide training on our equipment and processes.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.

Shift Schedule:

2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts | Start times vary between 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Starting Pay:

$19.49/hour + $1 Shift Differential

Job Duties:

• Learn multiple roles and fill in as needed for production.
• Operate a power jack.
• Use SAP to scan inventory and ensure recipe compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems.
