Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a production operator to support batch production, load/discharge materials, operate bag filling equipment, and maintain safe, orderly work areas. The role requires following safety policies, documenting production data, and participating in ISO training.

We value high school level education or GED, reliability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work flexible hours or weekends.

Qualifications

• Prefer High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Production, construction, warehousing, and/or industrial experience desired.
• Good organization skills and ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work flexible hours or weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Load and discharge materials from industrial batch mixers.
• Operate pneumatic bag filling equipment and mobile equipment.
• Pull and stage raw materials for batch production.
• Accurately document production data.
• Must follow all safety policies and company procedures.
• Participate in safety, production, and ISO training
