Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a Production Operator in New Hampshire to support finishing, productivity, and quality across manufacturing lines. You will perform setup work, document production data, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting quality standards.

The role requires basic Math and reading skills, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail with good math and reading skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform 12-hour shifts.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing productivity and product quality on assigned equipment.
• Perform operation set-ups as per Sheets, Work Orders, and Quality Plans.
• Document all production and quality data as instructed.
• Keep work area organized, clean, and safe daily.
• Train new employees and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and document it.
• Adhere to all safety rules; report issues to supervision.
• Other duties as directed by supervision.
