Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials LLC is hiring Production Operators for Carlisle, PA. You will operate production equipment and participate in a growing manufacturing team. Training is provided and overtime may be required based on business needs.

Starting pay is $27.21/hr with increases to $30.48/hr after 6 months plus $1.00 or $1.50 shift differentials for 3rd and 2nd shifts. This role requires safety awareness and reliability in a high-volume plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience and willingness to perform several jobs across different areas of the plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to maximize output of quality product.
• Retrieve and move raw material into place as required.
• Maintain the proper flow of materials throughout the plant.
• Provide coverage for a variety of manufacturing processes/equipment.
• Follow production schedules, instructions, specifications and procedures.
• Detect and report faulty operations or defective materials.
• Observe prescribed safety regulations.
• Keep counts, tallies and records as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes.
