Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials LLC (CCM) is hiring Production Operators in Carlisle, PA to operate TPO, compounding and blending lines. You will learn and run equipment, ensure quality, and maintain safety and 5S standards.

Starting pay is $27.21 per hour with raises to $34.40 after 6 months and shift differentials on 2nd/3rd shifts. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and no prior manufacturing experience is required; overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience not required; ability to learn on the job.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime as business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate TPO, compounding, and blending lines to produce products.
• Complete production and QA paperwork and maintain 5S standards.
• Set up equipment, report output, and train new crew members.
• Support team leader duties during vacations or absences.
