Job summary

INW Phoenix Formulations in Tempe, AZ is seeking workers for a fast-paced role on 1st shift with 5:00am-3:30pm hours. You will verify materials, label materials with batch numbers, and document weights to support production processing.

Responsibilities include cleaning, material verification, and ensuring GMP compliance. Must be able to lift 40 lbs frequently and stand 10 hours daily; drug screen and background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas and equipment to be used, verifying it is free of contaminants.
• Verify that all necessary materials are correct, present, released, and within the expiration period.
• Verify all ingredients so they match the batch record.
• Open bags, boxes and other containers.
• Use scales to measure raw materials and repackage to send to Blending.
• Weigh drums individually and all together to recording then verify the weight.
• Label all containers appropriately including product name, Lot number, weight, number of doses.
• Use logbooks to document raw materials, equipment, product tracking, etc.
• Assure that products leaving the department are stored in the proper areas.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the company GMPs.
• Follow all safety policies and ensure work environment is free of safety hazards.
