Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking personnel for production component fabrication, inspection, packaging and documentation to ensure quality and traceability as required by ISO 9001/13485.

You will inspect parts, maintain accurate batch records, perform measurements and ensure proper labeling and packaging while following safety and PPE protocols. The role requires collaboration in a controlled environment and adherence to Lean Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous production work experience is advantageous.
• Good verbal reasoning, numeracy and mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts visually to ensure quality and sign off records.
• Maintain batch documentation accuracy and first-time right entries.
• Measure parts per work instructions and flag deviations.
• Package parts per customer specs and indicate accept/reject.
• Operate equipment safely and report hazards.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain housekeeping.
