Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a motivated operator to join our production team. You will perform labor along a production line, operate and troubleshoot line machinery, and ensure products meet quality and packaging specifications.

The role requires reading procedures in English, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and adhering to GMPs and DOIs. This is a manufacturing facility with potential overtime and exposure to manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years in manufacturing or clean room environments.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with cGMP practices, ISO, and medical device manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect parts and assemblies to quality specs.
• Labeling and packaging accuracy; ensure proper part counts.
• Operate and maintain production line machinery following safety rules.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and DOIs; adhere to quality policies.
• Support continuous improvement, lean Sigma initiatives, and reduce waste.
