Branded Bills LLC is seeking a Production Specialist in Tempe, AZ to support manufacturing by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality. This role emphasizes teamwork, a clean workspace, and strict safety compliance to meet production goals.

You will inspect outputs, handle materials, record data, and assist with maintenance and reporting to the Production Supervisor. This is a full-time, in-house role with an hourly rate of $19–$21.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn production machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and safety protocols.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and assemble, inspect, and package products.
• Increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report discrepancies.
• Load raw materials into machines and move finished products.
• Record production data and communicate progress to supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and notify maintenance of issues.
