Job summary

C&B Piping, LLC is hiring a Machine Operator for our Gilbert, Arizona plant. You will support production across multiple areas, operate equipment, perform quality inspections, and help maintain safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include reading tape measures, following standardized work, and participating in 5S and continuous improvement activities. On-site role with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a heavy machinery environment is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure, documentation, and attention to details.
• STRONG safety awareness for yourself and others.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production processes along with following all standardized work equipment.
• Perform quality checks and Inspection as needed.
• Problem solving, continuous improvement, learning to recognize malfunctions before they malfunction.
• Understanding the correct way to handle materials in your specific area.
• Reading a tape measure accurately.
• Proper PPE, equipment and product handling, comply with all OSHA Safety regulations.
• Good housekeeping and perform 5S activities.
• Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary or appropriate.
