Branded Bills in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure products meet quality standards before reaching customers. You will inspect materials, monitor processes, identify defects, and maintain documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail and analytical thinking, with collaboration across production teams to improve quality and support audits. In-house, full-time, with benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or GMP is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct visual inspections and measurements of materials and finished products.
• Perform tests using standard procedures to identify deviations from specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of testing, observations, and corrective actions.
• Communicate non-conformities to appropriate departments and support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with production teams to promote continuous quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
