Job summary

Branded Bills is seeking a Production Specialist to support the manufacturing process by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards. You will work in a team, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety protocols to meet production goals.

The role requires standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, with an hourly wage of $19–$21. Full-time, in-house employment with benefits is offered in Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn production machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment following procedures to assemble products.
• Inspect and package products; support quality checks on the line.
• Load raw materials and manage finish goods on the production line.
• Record production data, downtime, and material usage for shift reporting.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and follow safety protocols.
