Job summary

Shifts offered include 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th with varying days; starting wage is $17 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is required. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a sterile manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience with cGMP purchasing practices, ISO, and medical device manufacturing.
• Aware of SOPs as per Company policy related to the position.
• Support Lean Sigma programs to improve delivery targets.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, assemble parts to customer quality specs.
• Ensure accurate packaging, labels and part counts.
• Operate and maintain production equipment with proper safety.
• Keep a clean, safe workstation and environment at all times.
• Communicate with leadership about defects or malfunctions.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs and DOIs.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement to cut scrap and cycle times.
• Provide customer-service attitude with internal/external customers.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies at all times.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance and willingness to overtime.
