Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Process Operator for its Systech Paulding, OH site. You will unload and process hazardous and non-hazardous materials, blend feedstock for reuse as fuel, and operate with minimal supervision in a safety‑minded environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of heavy manufacturing experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with forklifts and other heavy equipment is preferred, with a strong focus on safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency operating forklift or similar mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and processes material following established procedures; proficient with forklift or similar equipment.
• Follow safety policies and permits for proper waste handling.
• Perform routine maintenance on designated equipment as requested.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well‑run work area.
• Operate heavy equipment such as bobcat, track mobile, stinger and remote controlled crane.
• Inspect and recondition tanks and related equipment as needed.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety protocols; participate in safety culture.
