Qualifications

• Read and comprehend English instructions (work orders, specs)
• General computer skills and ability to update records
• Ability to sit/stand for long shifts and lift 10–50 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends if required

Responsibilities

• Read and understand shop traveler and customer specs
• Set up and operate machinery per department processes
• Inspect product quality and document results
• Record data and maintain shop order accuracy in systems
• Ensure clean, safe work area and follow PPE procedures
• Report safety concerns and participate in cross-training within area
