Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
  • Able to wear all required PPE including hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses.
  • Ability to safely operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT).

Responsibilities

  • Work in a PSM building that includes solvents and solvent-borne materials.
  • Follow all safety rules, processes, and procedures.
  • Combine raw materials in a specific order and operate mixing equipment.
  • Utilize forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and a clean work area.

Job description

Starting pay: $22.61 per hour + $1.00 shift differential

Shift (2ND shift): Monday- Thursday, 3 PM- 1:00 AM, Overtime as needed on Friday. Will train on 1st shift possibly for the first 3-6 months. Monday- Thursday: 5AM-3 PM.

KeyResponsibilitiesMayInclude
  • Work in a PSM (Process Safety Management) building that includes solvents and solvent‑borne materials.
  • Following all safety rules,processesand procedures.
  • Combining raw materials in a specific order.
  • Operating mixing equipment based on written instructions.
  • Utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Maintainingaccuraterecords and a clean, orderly work area.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environmentpreferred.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
  • Able to wear all requiredPPE, including hard hat, FR uniform, steel/composite‑toe safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear.
  • Able tobend, reach, and liftduring tasks that involvetransferhoses, drums, or similar materials.
  • Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
  • Stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering around equipment.
  • Work in a team environment and take ownership over assignedareaof responsibility.
  • Ability to safelyoperateaPowered Industrial Truck (PIT).
  • Ability tocomplete anddemonstrateunderstanding of required safety training.
