Job summary

Charter Next Generation (CNG) in Lexington, OH is seeking Production Operators for open interviews. You will operate and monitor production lines that turn raw resin into film used in packaging, with hands-on training and real opportunities to grow within a fast-paced facility.

Wages reach up to $23.50 per hour with overtime built into every schedule, plus a $2.50/hr night shift differential and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production lines.
• Progress through Operator levels.
• Set up machines to work order specifications.
• Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
