Charter Next Generation, Inc. in Delaware, OH is seeking a Material Handler for a full-time, 12-hour shift role on a 2-2-3 schedule. The position supports safe handling of resins and packaging materials in a production environment.

You will operate a forklift, maintain inventory, unload raw materials, label and load finished goods, and help keep the plant clean. Prior forklift experience and the ability to lift 65 pounds are essential.

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a forklift to retrieve and deliver boxed resins to extrusion lines; scan, weigh, and return materials to inventory.
• Maintain full resin bins and communicate resin/packaging needs to keep plant stock levels accurate.
• Unload raw material deliveries and keep inventory areas clean and organized.
• Label, inspect, stretch-wrap, and load finished goods; assist operators with packaging and banding pallets.
• Manage scrap area and dispose of trash/cardboard to appropriate compactors.
• Break down and organize empty Gaylord containers.
• Comply with all safety policies, AIB/BRC standards, and SOPs.

The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most- making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule

• 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 10:00pm - 10:00am) (Days - 10:00am - 10:00pm)

What You'll Do

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience operating a forklift
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Wages ranging from $17.50 per hour +, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hournight shift differential.
