Charter Next Generation (CNG) in Lexington, OH, is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor plastic extrusion lines that turn resin into film for packaging. You will join a hands-on team with strong training and growth opportunities.

The position offers full-time hours, a B-night shift 7:00pm–7:00am, with overtime, a $2.50/hr night differential, and employee ownership with equity from day one. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Lift up to 55 pounds and handle heavy materials.
