Job summary

Express Employment is seeking Production Operators for a fast-paced, Denton, TX manufacturing facility. You will set up, operate, and monitor automated production equipment, ensure product quality, and document output using computerized systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production is preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment and monitor performance.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Observe machine performance and make routine adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Identify equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Complete routine machine cleaning, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Accurately record production information using computerized systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals.
• Safely work around conveyors, automated equipment, and other industrial machinery.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all established safety procedures.
