Job summary

Twin City Die Castings, Inc. is seeking Production Operators to support safe and efficient operation of production equipment. Roles include loading materials, inspecting parts, measuring dimensions, and packaging products. Training is provided and no prior manufacturing experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No manufacturing experience required; training is provided.
• Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work the assigned schedule.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manual and/or automated production equipment following procedures.
• Load, position, secure, and remove materials from equipment.
• Monitor processes to identify quality issues or malfunctions and notify supervisors.
• Visually inspect finished products for defects meeting quality requirements.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Perform tasks such as trimming, finishing, deburring, cleaning, assembling, or packaging.
