Twin City Die Castings Company is seeking a Production Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of production equipment and to help deliver quality products. Training is provided, and no prior manufacturing experience is required.

A dependable, learn‑oriented team member will thrive in this role. Responsibilities include operating equipment, inspecting parts, taking measurements, and documenting production data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; training is provided.
• Ability and willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work the assigned schedule.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manual and/or automated production equipment in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
• Load, position, secure, and remove materials or workpieces from production equipment.
• Monitor equipment and production processes to identify quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or other abnormalities and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Visually inspect finished products for defects and verify that products meet established quality requirements.
• Use basic measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Perform manual production tasks such as trimming, finishing, deburring, cleaning, assembling, or packaging products.
• Maintain a continuous flow of product through the assigned production process.
• Follow work instructions, production requirements, and established processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Accurately record production information, work time, quality checks, and other required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all environmental, health, and safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate equipment, quality, safety, or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor or team member.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
