Phillips Medisize is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Maumelle, AR location on 1st Shift (Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm). Join a team responsible for keeping facilities, equipment, and grounds operating at peak efficiency to minimize downtime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

The successful candidate will diagnose malfunctions, maintain uptime and OEE, document work in the maintenance system, and participate in continuous improvement projects across electrical, HVAC, and

Competenze

• Experience maintaining equipment in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience repairing equipment and mechanical issues; maintains building or facility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with maintenance, production, engineering, or operations teams.

Mansioni

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using appropriate testing equipment and structured troubleshooting methods.
• Maintain equipment uptime and OEE by completing preventive and predictive maintenance on schedule.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs in the Maintenance Work Order System for compliance.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects for existing and new equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repair on electrical circuits up to Class 1 per NFPA-70 requirements.
• Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and heat pump systems.
• Champion safety and enforce Lockout/Tagout and machine guarding practices.
