CraftMark Bakery is seeking a Production Operator Level 2: Ingredient Handler and Packer in Indianapolis, IN. The role offers $18.00 per hour starting pay with potential increases after review, and involves operating automated production equipment, identifying issues, assisting with preventive maintenance, and packaging final product.

Responsibilities include ensuring machinery runs smoothly, maintaining quality, adhering to GMPs, and entering data into the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English to ensure effective training, coaching and safety.
• Capable of working on a computer and navigating through multiple screens.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Be able to stand up to 12 hours daily.

Company: CraftMark Bakery is an innovative and highly automated commercial bakery that is looking for TOP TALENT to come join a growing company! Temperature controlled environment and a GREAT culture!

The Production Operator Level 2 role: Ingredient Handler and Packer enjoys an outstanding starting wage of $18.00 per hour and can go up after your review. The Production Operator can contribute to all phases of the production process. Included is the operation of automated production equipment, preliminary diagnosis/identification of equipment issues, aiding with preventive maintenance and packaging of final product. Incumbents are expected to demonstrate competency in making production decisions concerning the pre-flight and operation of equipment. Must be flexible to rotate job assignments throughout production. We have variable work schedules.

Work Schedule:

• 2-2-3 6:00 pm- 6:00am

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English to ensure effective training, coaching and safety
• Capable of working on a computer and navigating through multiple screens
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to stand up to 12 hours daily
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Be able to walk, and/or stand a for an entire 12-hour shift based on your schedule.
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders during the shift as needed.
• Push, pull, bend, reach as needed during the shift (repetitive motion tasks).
• Able to perform cleaning/sanitation tasks using water/chemicals, cleaning tools, moving equipment pieces to the sanitation room, etc.
• Working in cooler environments between 40 to 70 degrees F

Preferred

• Two (2) years related food production experience preferred
